Gone for Good was founded in 2006 by the United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Birmingham. Its mission was to provide meaningful employment for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. For many, employment at Gone For Good provides not only a paycheck, but provides those individuals with a sense of independence and true satisfaction in being employed. For many, their position at Gone For Good means they are able to work and earn a wage for the very first time. All the profits generated by Gone For Good are used to support other programs at United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Birmingham.
